Upcoming build project: 1358 Coast Meridian rd., coquitlam
We are excited to announce that through a partnership with the City of Coquitlam, Habitat Greater for Humanity Greater Vancouver will be providing 42 townhouse units for Habitat Partner Families at Burke Mountain, Coquitlam. We expect to break ground in 2024. Learn more here.

COMPLETED PROJECT JULY 2022: 32588 Cedar Valley Connector, Mission
The building of 19 three-bedroom homes began in February, 2020, and finalized in July, 2022. The first seven families moved in June 2021, and the final 12 families moved in over the summer of 2022. Each of the homes is approx. 1,400 square feet, with three bedrooms and a garage. Watch the highlights from the 2021 and 2022 Key Dedication Ceremonies.
Completed PROJECT June 2021: 8180 ASH StREET, RIchmond
We have completed the second phase of the Richmond development- three single family homes, each with two units that are now home to six new Habitat families!
In May 2019, three units adjacent to these homes were also completed, and five Partner Families moved in to start their new journey to self-sufficiency and independence.
